  1. General contracting works:
The company undertakes all the electro-mechanic works for buildings, factories, commercial and tourist foundations, universities, airports, powerplants, hospitals, clubs, commercial complex, over land hotels and floating hotels.
 
  • Process of renewal, replacement and installation of refrigeration, air-conditioning and insulation units.
  • Iron, steel sheets and stainless contracting works.
  • Electricity works for networks, main switch boards and Sub - panels.
  • Installation of pipelines water and sewage networks.
  • Installation of fire alarm networks, automatic fire-sprinkler system.
  • Gypsum board and suspended ceiling construction works.
  • Insulation contractors works.
  1. Renovation, repairing over land and floating hotels:
  • Contracting, Renovation and repairing piping networks of sewage, domestic water and chilled water.
  • Maintenance and overhaul generators and main engines.
  • Electricity networks, electricity distribution boards.
  • Insulation works air-conditioning (chiller), iron, steel sheets, stainless and gypsum board works.
  1. Re-evaluating of tourist hotels:
Evaluate the cost of repairing, overhaul and renovations for more than 50 hotels.
  1. Follow up and making maintenance works:
  • Supervision, repairing and follow up the maintenance work of, air-conditioning unit (chiller), air handling units, kitchen equipment , laundry equipments, heat exchanger, boilers.
  • Refrigeration and air-conditioning, insulation works.
  • Also, making agenda (schedule) for preventive maintenance and annual budget for operating maintenance further more another annual budget for renovations and making a comprehensive system of follow-up maintenance work on machinery generators rooms to make sure of doing maintenance and operating instructions.
  1. Supervision of engineering works:
The company is responsible for doing maintenance contracts and engineering supervision for over land and floating hotels.
 
  • Engineering supervision for mechanical maintenance.
  • Engineering-supervision for electrical installations.
  • Engineering-supervision for air condition works.
  • Engineering-supervision for electromechanical works.
  1. Supervision of dry dock for floating hotels:
The company has supervised the dry dock work of more than 40 floating hotels, and their tonnage between 40 tons to 1250 tons.
  1. Fire fighting system Contracting works:
The company makes all the works of fire fighting for buildings, factories, commercial institutions, universities, airports, power plants, hospitals, clubs, and malls, overland and floating hotels.
